Hey there! I'm Nick, a recent graduate from Western Washington University (WWU) with a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science and minors in both Mathematics and Statistics. I am currently preparing to move to Berlin to attend graduate school in Data Science at Berliner Hochschule für Technik (Berlin University of Applied Sciences)
During my time at WWU, I developed an affinity for technology and logical thinking. I worked as a math tutor for a couple years and engaged with academic research in the Mathematics and Computer Science departments. In October I will be attending Berliner Hochschule für Technik (Berlin University of Applied Sciences) for a Master of Science in Data Science. Here I hope to hone skills I learned during my undergraduate education and apply those skills to innovative work.
When I'm not reading about technology, programming, doing math, or making things, I enjoy physical activity. I have done several bike rides of distances over 100 miles! I also ran my first marathon in September 2023! In Summer 2024 I sumitted two of Washington State's five most prominent volcanoes, Mt. Adams, and Mt. St. Helen's.
